（1）退火爐控制應(yīng)采用過程控制級（L2）和基礎(chǔ)自動化（L1）二級控制系統(tǒng)；具備成熟的模型控制功能；具有與機(jī)組控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)通訊的功能，并從屬于機(jī)組控制系統(tǒng)；（2）為保證重要設(shè)備在電源故障時(shí)的安全性，應(yīng)考慮必要的事故電源及不間斷電源的需求；（3）退火爐的條帶溫度控制精度：RTF出口：±3℃，EHF出口：±3℃，ESF出口：±3℃，ATC出口：±3℃，SJC出口：±5℃。

交貨時(shí)間：境外部分：FOB時(shí)間在合同生效后12個月內(nèi)；境內(nèi)部分：合同生效后12個月內(nèi)

(1) The control of annealing furnace should adopt a two-level control system composed of process control level (L2) and basic automation level (L1); It should have mature model control function, with the help of which the function of data communication with the unit control system should be available, and it belongs to the unit control system.

(2) In order to ensure the safety of important equipment in the event of power failure, the need for necessary emergency power and uninterruptible power supply should be taken into consideration..

(3)The strip temperature control accuracy of annealing furnaces shall be controlled as follows:RTF outlet: ±3℃;EHF outlet: ±3℃;ESF outlet: ±3℃;ATC outlet: ±3℃;SJC outlet: ±5℃.
