(c)本項目的特定資格要求：項目負責人須具有上海市園林綠化工程從業(yè)人員項目負責人電子卡。根據(jù)項目實際情況設(shè)置，最低應(yīng)為 4 人（含）以上，且需包含*園林項目負責人、安全員、質(zhì)量員、材料員各 1 名。本項目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: The person in charge of the project shall have the electronic card of the person in charge of the project of the Shanghai Landscape Engineering Practitioner. According to the actual situation of the project, the minimum should be more than 4 people (including), and need to include garden project leader, safety officer, quality officer, material officer each 1. This project is specifically aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises.
