Entrusted by the Purchaser, Ningbo International Tendering Co., Ltd. is hereby conducting this open bid purchasing on Nottingham Ningbo China Beacons of Excellence Research and Innovation Institute Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope (CLSM) and Inverted Fluorescence Microscope Procurement Project and qualified suppliers are now invited to participate in the procurement activities. This Project is a non-tender purchasing project, which is neither a subject-to-tender project according to law, nor a government purchasing project.

三、供應商資格條件：Qualifications of Suppliers
1、 正式注冊的有效的獨立法人：具有獨立承擔民事責任的能力；具有良好的商業(yè)信譽和健全的財務會計制度；具有履行合同所必需的設備和專業(yè)技術能力。
Formally registered effective independent legal persons: with independent civil liability capacity; good business reputation and sound financial accounting system; Have the necessary equipment and professional skills to fulfill the contract.
2、 供應商不得為失信被執(zhí)行人，采購代理機構對供應商失信信息進行查詢（具體以開標當天“信用中國”網站www.creditchina.gov.cn查詢?yōu)闇剩?。若在開標當天因不可抗力事件導致無法查詢且一時無法恢復查詢的，可在中標公示期間對中標候選人進行事后查詢，若中標候選人為失信被執(zhí)行人的，采購人將依法取消其中標資格。
The supplier shall not be the executor of the breach of trust, and the purchasing agency shall inquire into the information of the breach of trust of the supplier (whichever is the www.creditchina.gov.cn inquiry on the day of bid opening).If it is impossible to check on the day of opening bids due to force majeure and it is temporarily impossible to restore the check, the post-bid check of the winning candidates can be conducted during the period of publicizing the winning results. If the winning candidates are found to be untrustworthy, the procuring entity shall cancel their winning qualification in accordance with the law.

五、響應文件遞交的截止時間及地點：Deadline and Place for Submission of Response Document:
截止時間：****09時30分（北京時間），所有響應文件應于截止時間之前遞交，遲到的響應文件和未獲取采購文件者的響應文件將被拒絕。

Method 1:If the tender documents are submitted on-site, please suppliers send 1 authorized representative to deliver the tender documents to the Ningbo International Tendering., Ltd. (Ningbo Jiangbei District Huancheng North Road West Section 207, No. 19, Shimao Maoyue Center, 7th Floor, Tendering and Bidding Conference Center, Opening Hall (I)) before 09:30 on February 19.

Please ensure the intactness of the sealed package in the delivery, and the agency and Purchaser will not be responsible if the package fails to meet the bid opening requirements due to damage in the delivery.
